VInyasa Flow - ALL LevelsIn this vinyasa flow class the focus is on alignment in postures, safe transitions and breath awareness as you move from pose to pose. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners.

Qigong restores wellness, builds mental and emotional strength, reduces stress, and increases vitality. Qigong incorporates a variety of gentle breathing methods, flowing movements, and mindfulness meditation. The class uses Yin Yoga to focus on opening the connective tissue in the joints in order to cultivate greater range of motion. Each pose is held from 3-5 minutes allowing the connective tissue to soften and open as pausing in each pose allows the practitioner to focus and still the mind.
All levels. No experience needed.
