2019 Yoga Summer Camp
Join us this summer as we express creativity through art, practice culinary skills by preparing healthy snacks, and strengthen our mind body and spirit during play, STEM, energy work, yoga & mindfulness.
At the end of the week parents will be invited to participate in a short yoga practice and view the students art on display
Yoga Camp Counselors
Tasha Wellence feels most alive and living her purpose when practicing and teaching yoga. Tasha has dabbled in many styles of yoga but feels her calling is through the healing and self transformation yoga builds in the mind, body and spirit.
She brings her own mix of therapeutic practice and utilizes the power breath to reduce stress and improve all functions of the body. Tasha enjoys teaching yoga of all ages, children to seniors! Her teaching journey actually began with children, as a preschool teacher she used yoga in her classroom to enhance their creative spirits and promote a healthy learning environment for everyone.
Jean Christensen is a Certified Life Coach trained in breathwork, Reiki, meditation, and mindfulness. She enjoys teaching children of all ages and is currently pursuing an ADHD coaching certification through ADDCA. Her passion is helping children and adults discover how to use their natural gifts and talents to align with their purpose.
It is with great excitement that we invite your child to join us for our summer camp program. We have a full program lined up that is sure to energize your child with a strong interest in creativity and self-discovery. In addition to the exciting daily activities, you can take extra comfort in knowing that we will also provide:
