Yoga / qigong Teachers
Bonnie Keene: Yoga Alliance RYT 200, E-RYT 500, IAYT Yoga Therapist
After retiring as a media producer, I decided to elevate my practice and take the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training. That changed my Life. I began teaching Yin yoga at Midtown Yoga Memphis and that altered my approach. 500 YTT, Yoga Therapy training and a continued number of workshop opportunities have helped build my yoga tools.
I teach at a variety of venues: studios, private organizations and support facilities.
I offer private therapy sessions to support clients with challenges (i.e. Hip, knee replacements, arthritis, Parkinsons Disease).
Practicing Yoga, Teaching Yoga, therapy clients and my own life journey have led me to balancing movement, breath and stillness in yoga sessions with the flexibility to adapt and support client
situations. My intention is movement where movement is needed, breath as the carrier of life, and stillness as the opportunity to grow and heal. It is a privilege to share yoga.

Carole Manley: I feel that it is an honor to teach the gift of yoga. My consistent practice began fifteen years ago. Early on, I recognized that yoga offers many life changing experiences.
In 2011, I successfully completed my RYT 200 Hr. Teacher Training Program at Midtown Yoga in Memphis, TN. My RYT 500 Hr. in Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training was accomplished through Delta Groove Yoga Studio in Memphis. I believe that yoga has brought strength and balance in my mind, body and spirit. Teaching since 2012, it is my privilege to share my passion for yoga with others.
Monday: VINYASA FLOW - ALL LEVELS 12:00 noon – 1:00 PM
Meri Maple: I started my yoga journey in 2005 in a health club simply as a form of exercise. At the time I was raising four children and found yoga really helped take the edge off of my hectic schedule. I was hooked.
A couple of years later my instructor confronted me about getting certified to teach because she was moving out of state. So I did & 12 years later I'm still going strong.
Yoga truly is a journey, a process. It is a place where I can really be mySelf. Through this experience I began to connect with the deeper essence of me. To heal my spirit. To love myself. To love others. To love God. Yoga has made me a better person. My favorite part about the Yoga asanas is that they are a form of expressing ourselves on the outside.
